Any of the Speedo or Zoggs Junior goggles are suitable for learning to swim.
- Zoggs little twist goggles
- Zoggs little ripper goggles
- Speedo unisex biofuse 2.0 swimming goggles
Don't forget Goggles also available to buy at reception at UCS Active
Trunks/Swimsuit:
- Any swimsuit or trunks are suitable for learning to swim as long as they fit well and your child is comfortable.
- More advanced swimmers will need a one piece swimsuit (girls) and Jammers or Aquashorts (boys) rather than baggy board shorts.
Swimming Hats:
- Your child does not need to wear a swim hat but long hair must be tied back away from the face.
- If your child has long hair (or a hairstyle that is difficult to tie up) then we would recommend that they wear a hat, especially once they are ready for a squad class.
- Swim hats do keep their hair dry so we do recommend these for the winter months.
